Working process of emulsion pump for coal mine

The emulsion pumping station is mainly composed of an emulsion pump, an emulsion tank, an explosion-proof motor, a coupling and other auxiliary devices. For a general emulsion pumping station, two pumps and one tank are usually configured. This can ensure the rotation maintenance of the two emulsification pumps in the emulsion pump station, and when it is necessary to pressurize the hydraulic support of the coal mining machine, the two emulsification pumps can be started in parallel to improve the operating efficiency.

(1) Start the emulsion pump. Before starting the emulsion pump, the unloading valve should be opened first to start the emulsion pump under no-load conditions. Its working process is that the emulsion pump pumps out the emulsion in the emulsion tank through the liquid suction circuit breaker, injects the pressure liquid into the high-pressure liquid supply pipe after pressurization, and provides the coal mining machinery with the alternate valve and the main liquid inlet pipe of the bracket. The hydraulic support force is unloaded through the manual unloading valve, and finally enters the sedimentation chamber of the emulsion tank through the liquid return circuit breaker and the liquid return pipe.

(2) The working procedure of the mine emulsion pump station. For the emulsion pumping station, when the hydraulic pump is not needed for continuous operation in the fully mechanized mining face, firstly, the pressure in the high-pressure pipeline of the emulsion pumping station rises rapidly, and when the pressure meets the operating pressure required by the unloading valve of the emulsion pumping station, The pilot valve and the main valve will be opened automatically, and the one-way valve will be closed at the same time, and the emulsion pump station will start to unload immediately. The pressure also passes through the opened pilot valve and main valve, through the liquid return circuit breaker, the liquid return pipe and then enters the sedimentation chamber. After unloading, if the support of the fully mechanized mining face needs hydraulic support, when the pressure of the main liquid inlet pipe is gradually reduced to the recovery pressure of the unloading valve, the pilot valve and the main valve are closed immediately, and the pump pressure is gradually increased to restore the pressure liquid supply.

(3) Safety protection of the emulsion pumping station. In order to avoid the failure of the unloading valve of the emulsion pump station or the damage of the components or the damage of the pump body caused by the instantaneous pressure of the hydraulic pump, a safety valve is installed in the emulsion pump station. When the pressure is too high, the safety valve opens to avoid safety accidents happened.
