Crane filter element composition

1. Air filter

The air filter element of the crane is mainly used to filter the air entering the engine to avoid damage to the engine by impurities such as dust and sand.The air filter element commonly used has environmental protection type and non-environmental protection type. Among them, the environmental protection type air filter element reduces air pollution by reducing vehicle exhaust emissions.

2. Fuel filter

The fuel filter element of the crane is mainly used to filter fuel to prevent damage to the engine caused by foreign objects and impurities in the oil circuit system. The fuel filter element commonly used include carbon filter, membrane filter, glass fiber filter, etc.

3. Hydraulic filter element

The hydraulic filter element of the crane can be used to filter the hydraulic oil in the hydraulic system to avoid the damage to the system caused by sundries, tiny particles and iron filings in the hydraulic system. The hydraulic filter elements commonly used include pressure hydraulic filter elements and adsorption hydraulic filter elements.

4. Oil-water separator

The oil-water separator of the crane is mainly used to separate the moisture and impurities in the hydraulic oil to avoid damage to the crane system. It usually consists of filter elements, water valves, discharge valves and other parts.
