Replacement of hydraulic oil filter element

1. Before replacing, release the original hydraulic oil, check the return oil filter element, oil suction filter element, pilot filter element, to see whether there is iron scrap copper scrap or other impurities,otherwise, there maybe hydraulic component fault.Repair and eliminate, clean the system.

2. All hydraulic oil filter elements (return oil filter element, oil suction filter element, pilot filter element) must be replaced at the same time when changing hydraulic oil, otherwise it is equivalent to no change.

3. Distinguish the label of hydraulic oil. Different labels and different brands of hydraulic oil are not mixed, which may react and deteriorate to produce flocculent.

4. Before refueling, the oil suction filter element must be installed. The pipe mouth covered by the oil suction filter element leads directly to the main pump.

5. Refueling oil to the standard position, the hydraulic tank is provided with an oil level gauge generally, see the level gauge.
