Production process of filter element

1.Filter material screening and processing
a. The first step in filter element production is the screening and processing of filter material. Filter material is the core part of the filter element. Screening should not only ensure the uniform dispersion of particle size, but also take into account the purity, density and other indicators of the material. 2.Filter element assembly

3.Finished filter element inspection

Specific inspection methods include Mesh number detection, bubble point detection, filtration efficiency detection, integrity detection, filtration accuracy detection and air resistance detection, etc. These test results will have a great impact on the quality and performance of the filter element.

4.Filter element packaging and storage
a. After the filter element is inspected, it needs to be packaged to prevent the filter element from being damaged during transportation. Usually professional packaging materials are used for packaging, such as foam, plastic, cartons, etc.
b. After the filter element is produced, it is also necessary to manage it during the storage process to ensure that the storage environment is dry and ventilated to avoid exposure to the sun and rain.
