Introduction

According to the different types of coal machine, such as: hydraulic support, roadheader, bolt machine, slag machine, etc., the filter elements installed have obvious difference. For the Hydraulic support: the filter elements installed are mostly stainless steel backwash filter, spray filter, pilot filter, etc., they are usually installed in the backwash valve used. For the roadheader, bolt machine as well as other downhole running machinery: the hydraulic filter elements are usually installed.

Testing Standard

In addition to the testing methods developed by our company, the filter element products also strictly follow the following international standards for testing

(2) ISO 2942 filter – Hydraulic filter structural integrity test method
(3) ISO 2943 filter – Hydraulic filter material and liquid compatibility test method
(4) ISO 3723 filter – End conform test
(5) ISO 3724 filter – Determination of fatigue properties
(6) ISO 3968 filter – Differential pressure flow characteristics
(7) ISO 16889 filter element – Multiple pass method for the determination of filtration characteristics
