FRF hydraulic return oil filter

The return oil filter is used for the return oil fine filtration of the hydraulic system to remove the metal particles produced by the wear of the components in the hydraulic system and the rubber impurities of the seals, so as to keep the oil flowing back to the tank clean.

Features:

1. It can be installed directly on the cover of the oil tank, or it can be installed by pipe.
2. It is equipped with the filter element pollution clogs transmitteand the bypass valve, to improve the reliability of hydraulic system. When the oil feed pressure is 0.35 MPA caused by the factors that the filter is plugged or pollutants system liquid temperature is too low, or the flow pulsation, the transmission device has signalled instructions, the filter element should be timely replaced or raise the temperature, if these faults can not be dealed with by stopping the machine immediately, the bypass valve set on the filter element will open automatically (the opening pressure is 0.4MPA)
3. The filter element is made of glass fiber material, it hasthe advantages of high filtration accuracy, large oil capacity, small original pressure loss, large amount of pollution, etc., its filtration accuracy is calibrated with absolute filtration accuracy, filtration ratio β3, β5, β10, β20≥200 filtration efficiency η≥ 99.5%. If paperlayer, stainless steel mesh, sintered felt and other filter elements are required, please specify.
