Hydraulic oil filtration method

Hydraulic oil filtration methods mainly include the following:

1. Hydraulic oil filter: The hydraulic oil is filtered through the filter element of the filter to remove solid particles, moisture, bubbles and pollutants. According to the filter grade, it can be divided into coarse filter, precision filter and ultra-precision filter.

2. Settling oil pool: The hydraulic oil in the hydraulic system is placed in the settling oil pool, and the solid particles and impurities are removed by sedimentation. The settling oil pool usually has multiple discharge ports, so that the oil can be settled through multiple stages during the flow process to improve the filtration effect.

3. Magnetic filter: Using magnetic materials to absorb iron filings and magnetic impurities in hydraulic oil, so as to remove solid particles in hydraulic oil. The magnetic filter is usually installed on the oil inlet pipe of the hydraulic system.

4. Dehydration separator: The hydraulic oil is placed under high temperature and high vacuum conditions, so that the water is evaporated and extracted, so as to achieve the dehydration of hydraulic oil.

5. Use special treatment agents: By adding special chemical treatment agents, the hydraulic oil is chemically reacted, so that the impurities in it are precipitated or dissolved under chemical action, so as to remove the polluting substances in the hydraulic oil. Special treatment agent can be selected according to the need, the common are gumming agent, foaming agent and lubricant.

At the same time, no matter what kind of filtration method is used, it is necessary to replace the hydraulic oil regularly and keep the hydraulic system clean.
