3. When wiring the electromagnetic reversing valves, they should be connected in strict accordance with the specified voltage and current, and the corresponding switches on the console should be operated several times repeatedly to check the flexibility and reliability of the action.
4. The liquid level of the oil tank should always be kept at a sufficient height so that the oil in the system has sufficient circulation and cooling conditions, and attention should be paid to keeping the oil tank, oil pipes and other equipment clean to facilitate heat dissipation.
5. For systems with oil return filtration, the filter element should be cleaned regularly (about one month) to prevent blockage of oil return, which may cause hydraulic components or oil pumps to rupture in severe cases.
6. If there is a water cooling system, the cooling water should be sufficient and the pipelines should be unblocked. There is an air cooler system, and the ventilation should be kept smooth. Prevent the oil temperature from being too high.
7. The working pressure of the system is to adjust the output pressure of the hydraulic pump through the pressure regulating valve. In general, the set pressure cannot exceed the originally designed rated pressure, otherwise it may cause damage to the hydraulic pump, hydraulic valve stuck or motor burnout, etc. Phenomenon.
